Paying for your tour is simple. A small deposit by PayPal, bank transfer or Wise confirms your booking. The balance is paid in cash to your driver or guide on the first day, in euros, US dollars or the equivalent in Moroccan dirhams.
The local currency is the Moroccan Dirham (MAD). Hotels and larger shops often accept credit cards, but cash is needed in many small towns and markets.
Absolutely. Every tour can be fully tailored to you: add stops, upgrade your accommodation or choose other transport options such as 4×4 transfers.
Yes. Desert tours normally include a camel ride, for example across the dunes to reach your camp.
You stay in a desert camp with private tents. Depending on the tour and the camp you choose, tents are standard or luxury, and luxury tents have their own bathroom with hot water.
Depending on the camp, the camel ride takes from about 40 minutes up to 1.5 hours. If you prefer not to ride, a 4×4 can take you to the camp.
You spend the night in a traditional Berber desert camp with private tents. The camps offer all the essentials: comfortable beds, shared or private bathrooms (depending on the camp), warm blankets and a communal area for meals and relaxing.
A small deposit secures your booking. If you cancel at least 15 days before your tour starts, you receive a full refund; for later cancellations, please contact us.
Yes. Morocco is generally regarded as a safe destination for travellers, and our local drivers and guides look after you throughout your trip.
